Welcome to MindLoops, an educational portal tailored to the Malaysian primary school curriculum. MindLoops is a digital platform that provides educational content to teachers, parents and students (referred to as the 'Platform'). This Platform and related services, products, software, and content are collectively referred to as 'Services'. These User Terms of Service ('Terms') form an agreement between you and us and set out the terms and conditions for using the Platform and its services. 'You' refers to the individual using or accessing the Services or may also be referred to as 'User'.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set by MindLoops. You also agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (which is updated from time to time), which policy is included in these terms. Your access and use of our Services may also be subject to additional terms that will be provided to you from time to time. The terms and conditions of any additional agreement can be found directly on the Platform or our website. You accept these Terms by accessing or using our Services. You understand and agree that we will consider your access or use of the Services as acceptance of these Terms from that moment. These Terms take effect from the date you first accept or use the Services and will end when your subscription to the Services is terminated.
3. USER ACCOUNT
For Services that require an account to access, you must create an appropriate account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. It is important that you maintain and update your information to remain accurate and complete. It is important that you maintain the confidentiality of your account password and not disclose it to third parties. If you no longer wish to use our Services and want to delete your account, please contact us through our website and we will assist and guide you throughout the process. Once the account is deleted, you cannot reactivate it or retrieve any content or information that has been uploaded. Developers have the discretion to upgrade the free version of MindLoops to a premium version with a fee. We provide limited availability. You are not encouraged to store important data in this system. We will not be responsible for any data loss or damage.
4. FEEDBACK
If you choose to provide any feedback or comments related to the Services to MindLoops ('Feedback'), all such Feedback is the exclusive property of MindLoops in its entirety, and you hereby waive any rights, title, or interest you have in the Feedback to MindLoops. MindLoops has the right to use and disclose such Feedback in any manner and for any purpose at MindLoops' discretion without any payment, compensation, or acknowledgment to you, provided that MindLoops is not obligated to use such Feedback. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, MindLoops may use and publish your testimonials and Feedback regarding the Services in MindLoops' publications, presentations, and marketing materials.
5. USER CONTENT
Users may be allowed to upload, download, transmit, create or submit digital information or materials ('User Generated Content') to or through the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content and the effects of transmitting, submitting, or uploading User Generated Content to the Services. You also agree not to submit any User Generated Content or other materials that are contrary to applicable local, national or international laws and regulations. MindLoops will take reasonable steps to promptly remove copyright-infringing materials we become aware of from our Services. In certain circumstances and at our discretion, user accounts that violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of others may be suspended or terminated. This is a shared server system; therefore, all User Generated Content in this Service can be accessed by other users.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have read, understood, and accepted the terms of MindLoops' Privacy Policy. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Platform.
